Michael Martin is an operations leader in Southern California — two decades of leading teams where accuracy, safety, and people come first.

His career began on U.S. Navy flight decks, fueling aircraft and running a 140-person work center, then moved into hospitality — opening new restaurants and running high-volume stores at Mendocino Farms and Starbucks, where his teams became known for developing people into promotions. The through-line everywhere: excellence in the details, people developed on purpose, and data used to run a tighter operation.
